Keep Hydrated!
With the onset of warmer weather, the risk of dehydration increases. Here are a few tips that may help you stay hydrated this summer:
#1) Put a bottle of water in different parts of your house, so no matter where you are, it is easy to have a sip.
#2) Stay away from beverages with high sugar-content. If you prefer flavored beverages to plain water, add lemon or a fruit infusion.
#3) Eat plenty of foods with high water-content. Watermelon is an obvious choice (each bite you take of watermelon is 92% water!), but there are plenty of other options. Try these:
* Grapefruit (91% water)
* Blueberries (85% water)
* Bananas (74% water)
* Tomatoes (94% water)
* Carrots (87% water)
* Bell Peppers (91% water)
* Cucumbers (96% water)
